Job Description
The ServiceNow senior expert determines the best technical solutions and support to satisfy ESM (Enterprise service management) functional and business requirements.
This position is responsible for:
- Activation and configuration of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs
- Development of workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications
- Working closely with customers to research, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve their business processes
- Coach business users to create their own Services from inception to completion in order to automate and improve processes
- Assisting in the identification of best practices for development of new and existing ServiceNow applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a comparable field
- Experience with ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
- Experience with development of ServiceNow Workflows, client and server-side scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow modules, mainly Customer Service Management (CSM).
Further modules such as HR Service Delivery, IT Financial Management or ITSM are an advantage. - Deep Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices
- Deep Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc), JavaScript, Angular.js, and ServiceNow Service Portal
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, are required;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Ability to interact confidently, at all levels of management;
- Is a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic;
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, innovative and multicultural team / business environment.
- Fluent English (mandatory)
