Position Summary:
The Supplier Development Engineer is responsible for communicating and delivering the technical requirements (Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality deliverables) to the supplier base in accordance with established standards. Ensure fully conforming, process capable and efficient supplied products at competitive cost without detriment to overall delivery or final product performance.

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment with some time on the shop floor. The noise level in the work environment can be quiet to moderate to loud.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000 to $110,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process. In addition to your base salary, HydraForce offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans; health savings accounts (HSA); flexible spending accounts; 401(K) retirement plan with employer match; wellness programs; life insurance; short and long term disability insurance; paid time off; and reimbursement of education expenses.
