Senior Manager - Global User Experience Designer

Responsibilities:• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that illustrate design concepts.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.• Stay updated with the latest design trends and advocate for best practices in user-centered design.Requirements:• Expertise in mixed methods across generative and evaluative research.• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Suite.• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, preferably in a consultancy, agency, or technology-driven environment.• Experience leading and managing designers, mentoring individuals, and fostering experimentation.Location: The position is based in BCG's information technology group.
