Job Description

Responsible for the installation and maintenance for all surveillance system cameras, monitors, recorders and related equipment.

  • Install and maintain enterprise level surveillance systems and components with minimal direction or instruction.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform routine maintenance of surveillance equipment
  • Prioritize, organize, and lead small teams and/or projects
  • Provide training to lay personnel or junior team members
  • Utilize common hand tools, power tools, and simple test equipment to maintain and repair surveillance equipment and systems
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience, preferably in a casino setting.
  • Formal electronic schooling, training, or certification. Surveillance manufacturer certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team.
  • Extensive knowledge of various types of cabling infrastructure, including installation techniques
  • Electronic, electrical, and mechanical aptitude
  • Proficient in use of command hand and power tools as well as test equipment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and understand sense of urgency
  • Must be able to ascend ladders, carry equipment up to 50 lbs, sit, stand, walk for an extended period of time.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
