Responsibilities:
· Independently generate new sales leads through demand generation activities
· Proven Track record in leading and motivating team from the front
· Identify evaluate and align BP3 propositions to net new prospects
· Identify evaluate and align BP3 propositions to expand in existing accounts
· Manage sales cycle of identified opportunities through to closure
· Maintain integrity and accuracy of forecasted revenue in sf.com for region
· Generate, maintain and manage agreed territory plans
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge to drive sales cycle through to closure
· Maintain client relationships through remote and face to face contact
· Maintain a record of activity to generate new business
· Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information as required
· Attend and contribute productively to sales and company calls and meetings as required
· Independently create bespoke sales presentations, quotes and sow’s as part of the sales cycle
· Achieve sales certifications for products that form part of BP3’s sales propositions in a timely manner as requested
· Own an agreed committed revenue / bookings target
• 10+ years of experience in a Field B2B sales role, preferably for a technology company
• Must have a confident, competitive, eager and positive attitude in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
• Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal guidance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer skills – Excel, Word, Salesforce, Google Suite
• Self-directed starter with a strong business acumen
• Highly motivated and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
