Stellenbeschreibung

  • Transportorganisation (alle Verkehrsträger national und international)
  • Transportorganisation von Sondertransporten (Einbringungen, Messeverkehre etc.)
  • Erstellung von Letter of credit konformen Dokumenten
  • Regulierung und Bearbeitung von Transportschäden
  • Erstellung der Ausfuhrdokumente (ATLAS) inkl. Carnet ATA
  • Einreihung von Waren in den Zolltarif
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung der globalen supply chain von Lieferant:innen hin zum Kund:innen
  • Durchführung von Ausschreibungen für Logistikdienstleistungen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Industrie oder Logistik)
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Export und Transportwesen
  • Routinierter Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket
  • SAP Kenntnisse (Module SD, MM)
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Zoll (Einfuhr und Ausfuhr), Intrastat und Präferenzen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Exportkontrolle, Embargos bzw. dem US-Reexport
  • Erfahrung im Gefahrguthandling (Schwerpunkt Batterien)
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Letter of credit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Kunden- und ergebnisorientierte sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
