Work Authorization: This role is open to Canadian Citizens/Permanent Residents and non-citizens allowed to work for any Canadian employer. We are unable to sponsor any work authorizations for this role.

What's the role

Responsible for leading communication, collaboration, and project management between the client and creative production team, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specification.

What you do 

  • Establish project requirements and assign work to the appropriate creative provider
  • Creative project management in alignment with campaign launch schedules
  • Act as main point of contact for creative projects, facilitating communication and collaboration between client, Brainlabs and other agency parties
  • Production management including asset gathering, delivery and revision feedback coordination
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance on all ad creative mockups and previews to ensure alignment with client specifications and strategies

Who you are 

  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a creative agency or similar work environment 
  • Understanding of the creative development process and proven success in working with creative teams
  • Familiarity with all digital ad formats and a sense of their overall ad specifications, functions, and features
  • General understanding of the breadth of programmatic, social, digital marketing platforms and workflows
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks according to urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and customer/client service skills
  • Strong administrative and time-management skills
  • A high degree of accuracy, vigilance and attention to detail

The salary levels on our job postings are set so as to account for these variable factors with decisions on the salary to be offered only made once we know the experience and location of our new hire.
