NOTICE: ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

LOCATION: REMOTELY FROM US - EAST COST TIME ZONE

SALARY: $80 000 - $90 000

ROLE OVERVIEW 

We’re looking for a Programmatic Ops Specialist with a strong analytical background who’s purpose will be to optimize Programmatic revenue strategy across web and app and own the Programmatic reporting capability at Brainly. You’ll collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to ideate and action on dashboards to monitor programmatic metrics from multiple integrations and ad formats. In addition, you’ll create and maintain high-level reporting and projection capability for the Programmatic business as a whole. Optimizing programmatic network and partnerships for yield and efficiency and own day-to-day communication with our partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Make data-driven decisions to maximize yield across all O&O properties

  • Generate high-level programmatic reports/decks on a regular cadence

  • Work with Data team to ideate, execute, and maintain programmatic Tableau dashboards

  • Add/subtract partners from our reporting infrastructure. Own accuracy of data sets

  • Maintain and improve impression level yield on network. Monitor bid rate, win rate, eCPM, Ad Request eCPM, etc

  • Analyze and communicate with underperforming partners, optimize/communicate with overperforming partners, onboard new partners

  • Monitor identity metrics for match rate, decoration, coverage, etc.

  • Work with Product to flight A/B tests

  • Manage consistent communication with SSPs/partners

  • Monitor and adjust floor prices on inventory on a regular cadence

 

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • 3-5 years of expertise in programmatic advertising, with a notable emphasis on the sell-side (SSPs).

  • Comprehensive grasp of programmatic principles, encompassing SSP functionalities, ad exchanges, and yield optimization strategies.

  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets and extracting actionable insights via BI tools + dashboards.

  • Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing fruitful partnerships with SSPs.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, adept at fostering trust and representing our company's interests.

  • Familiarity with ad quality metrics and verification tools.

  • A collaborative and outcome-driven mindset, coupled with a fervent dedication to ongoing growth and learning.

  • Experience with: Tableau (or other BI tool), Major SSP UIs, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics

  • Business Intelligence skills

 

WHAT WILL BLOW OUR MINDS

  • Knowledge of programmatic data practices and data management platforms (DMPs).

  • Experience working with + manipulating cloud based data sets with SQL

  • Experience with APIs

  • Experience monetizing and optimizing programmatic iOS/Android applications

  • Knowledge of: SQL, Amazon Web Services, Burt Intelligence, Google AdWords, BigQuery
