Job Objective:
1. This role would be responsible for handling the “Proposal Sanction Management Process” for Retail, Prequick and Rural businesses for the assigned cases by conducting all the necessary activities to identify, assess and control Credit Risk.
2. Major deliverable would be to maintain a healthy portfolio for all businesses with minimum delinquency
Key responsibilities:
1. Business Outcomes:-
a. Ensure underwriting of credit proposals for all allocated cases as per the approved DOA adhering to the requisite TAT and quality of portfolio
b. Ensure quality of appraisal for the assigned cases within the set parameters of Non Starters (Early Delinquency) and assign rating to clients on the client rating tool post appraisal
c. Visit customers at respective location on need basis to build relationship with clients and evaluate parameters on the capability and intent with regards to pay backs
2. Risk, Process & Compliance:-
a. Prepare and present portfolio behavior and progress reports to the team leader on an ongoing basis, highlighting key risk issues and health of portfolio
b. Highlight observations on the health of the portfolio to business team and develop mitigation plans to control risks.
3. People:-
a. Ensure establishment of goal setting and targets along with periodic reviews to achieve the objectives of the function
b. Attend all the mandatory trainings required to meet the requirements of the role.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification: CA/Master in Business Administration in Finance
Experience :Minimum 5-7 years of experience in same industry
