We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who will play a key role in shaping our user experience and interface design. The best candidate will be someone who can lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and drive design excellence across our products.
As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll get to:
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to tackle user problems collectively and ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to gain insights into user behavior, pain points, and preferences. Use this data to inform and drive design decisions that enhance the overall user experience.
• Regularly perform user testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback to ensure the final product aligns with user expectations.
• Continuously refine and enhance designs by incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users, ensuring a consistently high-quality user interface and experience.
• Contribute to and uphold the Branch Design System, ensuring consistency and usability across all digital products.
• Create clear and detailed design documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications, to guide the development team.
• Lead design efforts on major projects from concept to completion, showcasing your ability to create intuitive and impactful UI/UX solutions.
• Achieve measurable improvements in user engagement and satisfaction with the products you’ve worked on, reflecting your design impact and effectiveness.
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a similar domain.
• Extensive Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design
• Portfolio: An impressive online portfolio showcasing your design work and successful projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in visual design software, specifically Figma.
• User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Research and Analysis: Expertise in conducting user research, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead design projects and mentor junior designers.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, product marketers engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Design Systems: Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and usability across digital products.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex design challenges and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user-centric solutions.
Nice to haves:
• Front-End Development Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Data-Driven Experimentation: Expertise in leveraging analysis and data to guide product design experiments and make regular, incremental improvements.
This role is 100% remote in Georgia. This role is not eligible for remote work in any other location.
This role does not qualify for US Visa support.
