As a Branch Specialist, you will help veterans and active duty service members through the VA loan process. You will work with Loan Officers, and will often be the first point of contact for our borrowers.
Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:
Perform office administration duties which will include but is not limited to facility needs, vendor management, building/equipment maintenance, and mail.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone while providing exceptional customer service.
Make initial contact to collect borrower financial and credit information.
Develop and coordinator programs such as office events, meetings, birthday/thank you cards, and lunch and learns.
Process borrower credit information through online approval system and analyze for pre-approval or denial of loan applications.
Inform borrowers on future loan documentation requests, including borrowers' income and asset information.
Execute and maintain deliverables such as flyers, mailings, and other communications.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed.
