You are a storyteller who can write and present insights that inspires and leads. You have experience working on both B2B and B2C brands.
Responsibilities
The Brand Strategy Lead will be a team member who helps ensure that our brands’ strategic foundation is aligned and shared with stakeholders, decision-makers and teams across the organization to create modern, integrated marketing and experiences that are brand-right, customer-centric, and unique.
Audience insights and trends - bring a deep understanding of audience development, moving past surface-level stereotypes and finding new ways to change perceptions and make an impact. Support assertions that drive new solutions in service to our brands and our go-to-market strategies.
Brand strategy - support clear and actionable brand strategy development and help our teams bring our brands to life. Ignite the creative development process - ideas, experiences, processes, innovation, products/services – that opens pathways to new, brand-right ideas and engagements.
Strategic planning - translate business strategy into go-to-market/creative strategy. Distill business objectives, analytics data, consumer research, brand/category/channel/product knowledge into inspiring project/creative briefs and strategic storylines.
Customer journey and creative development – partner with our brand and marketing teams to ensure that creative ideas are grounded in our consumers/customers and our brands’ purpose. Help thinking differently about digital data to unlock marketing solutions, sales strategies and growth. Integrate across disciplines/businesses to create end-to-end solutions for enterprise business partners.
Thought leadership on emerging areas of change/disruption (technology, cultural, demographic, etc.). An outcome of this work will be brand strategies that enable the organization to successfully respond in a rapidly changing environment. Partner with brand strategy leadership to strategically and creatively capture the attention and curiosity of leaders; persuade and influence different levels of the organization.

Desired Experience and Education
Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing or related field
5+ years’ experience with Brand Strategy, Brand Planning, Creative Strategist, Advertising Account Planner, or related in an agency or similar environment.
Strong verbal skills, strong writing skills, and excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
Strong story telling skills – deck writing, user stories – develop a narrative and amplify with visuals and data; ability to translate brand strategies to paid/earned/owned activations.
Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams
Experienced in balancing multiple projects and tight deadlines, collaborating deeply with people from multiple disciplines along the way
Experienced working on CPG and/or agriculture brands
