Position Overview
We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead the creation and production of advertising creatives across major platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Google. In this role, you will be responsible for generating ideas for high-performing ad creatives, setting tasks for motion designers and freelancers, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assets. You will analyze trends, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously elevate our creative output.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development
Develop creative strategies aimed at acquiring new users and boosting engagement.
Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment of creative efforts with broader marketing goals.
Translate marketing goals and messages into impactful and visually appealing ad creatives.
Stay up-to-date with user behaviour, industry trends, and market needs to guide creative direction.
Creative Direction:
Analyze ad performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure our creatives remain cutting-edge.
Lead a test-and-learn approach to explore new ad formats, channels, and creative strategies.
Team Leadership:
Hire, brief, and manage motion designers and freelancers for creative projects.
Oversee the production process, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance creative quality.
Your profile
4+ years of experience in a creative marketing role; prior experience working with mobile products in the fitness, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to develop and execute ad campaigns across various channels.
Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies and how to craft ads that convert.
Proficiency with major ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok.
Analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics and optimize creative output.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading creative teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-driven and thrives in a remote work environment, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
