Why We're Here:
At Brave Health, we are driven by a deep commitment to transform lives by expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. By harnessing the power of technology, we break down barriers and bring mental health treatment directly to those who need it most—wherever they are. As a community health-centered organization, we are dedicated to ensuring that no one is left behind. Nearly 1 in 4 people in the U.S. receive healthcare through Medicaid, yet two-thirds of providers don’t accept it. Brave Health is stepping up to close this gap by making mental health care accessible, affordable, and life-changing for all.
We are currently seeking a full-time Provider Recruiter to join our dynamic People team. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring we meet our monthly and long-term hiring forecasts and adjust strategies based on evolving business needs.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, assist in interview preparation, and ensure a smooth interview process. Support any additional steps in the hiring process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey, ensuring timely communication, tracking of key milestones, and maintaining alignment with hiring managers to keep the process on track in a high-pressure environment.
Proactively manage and respond to staffing forecasts provided by management. Adjust sourcing strategies as needed to meet rapidly changing hiring demands and timelines in a high-growth, fast-moving start-up environment.
Continuously identify areas of improvement in our recruitment processes and implement best practices for efficiency and candidate experience. Bring innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
Work closely with People team members and other departments to support business growth. Assist in the onboarding and off-boarding process, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience.
Handle changing recruitment priorities as business demands evolve. Contribute to the fast-paced, flexible work culture of a start-up, where priorities can shift quickly.
Qualifications:
Prior experience recruiting in a healthcare setting is preferred; knowledge of recruiting Therapists and Nurse Practitioners is highly desired.
Previous experience in a start-up environment is a plus. Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and resourcefulness.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
A meticulous approach to candidate sourcing, screening, and process management, with an ability to balance speed and quality in a high-growth, time-sensitive environment.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers, even in high-pressure situations, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Able to quickly pivot and adjust to changing business needs, working under pressure while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
