Location: Great Milton

Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday – 8.30-5.00

We are recruiting for a Which-Award-winning national insurer, the company excels in providing products of exceptional quality, offering industry-leading levels of customer service and who are renowned for retaining their customers year on year.

The Role:

Due to continued growth, our client are looking for an Account Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales goals, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for reviewing existing customers insurance needs either face to face or over the phone as we believe in proactive contact for our clients to assess that their needs remain unchanged.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with new and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person to offer insurance solutions for their business and personal needs.
  • Ensure that we deliver for our customers in a timely manner so that they have the cover that they need when they need it.
  • Identity and promote our range of investment, protection, pension and Health &Safety Products.
  • Get involved in our team initiatives so that we remain a great place to work.
  • Attend events to meet customers, and to promote our services to potential new leads.

  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellence communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement
