In order to achieve its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is hiring a Program Manager, Recruitment - Rutgers University-Newark (RU-N) who will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling 300-500 Fellows (students) into the Braven Accelerator course at RU-N per semester, where Fellows are typically pre-enrolled into the Braven course in their Sophomore or Junior year.
To achieve these results, you will recruit and manage a team of part-time student recruitment interns and Braven Student Ambassadors. You will work closely with Central and Regional recruitment teams, and the student-led Braven Nation Club to help you reach your goals. In all of this, you will contribute to building and maintaining a positive presence of Braven at RU-N
This role is on the Newark Regional Team team and reports directly to the Managing Director, RU-N.

The salary for this position, which depends on prior work experience and our assessment of your demonstrated fit for the role, will likely be between $56,800-$70,900. Braven offers competitive base salaries based on the midpoint of the market among not-for-profit organizations of similar size, with opportunities for salary growth over time. We believe in compensating staff members fairly in relation to each other, their qualifications, and their impact on behalf of the organization, and take internal and external equity seriously. Location
We gather on-site at least 3 days per week (on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and often work remotely 2 days per week (although certain commitments might adjust that from time to time). Each teammate can use at least two flex days per week of their choosing to work remotely. We believe in the magic, connection, and collaboration that happens when people work together face-to-face and we believe in giving people the flexibility to focus, balance personal priorities, and save themselves two commutes per week.
