Senior UX Designer

Breaker19, an innovative tech startup in the energy transportation and logistics sector, is seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will leverage your experience to create intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience across our digital products.

As a Senior UX Designer at Breaker19, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging designs. Your work will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing. You will play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of our applications, ensuring that they are not only functional but also user-friendly and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate design concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience
• Design and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products
• Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience with usability testing and user research techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and marketing teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with responsive and mobile-focused design
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
