UX/UI Designer Sr

Job Summary 

Bridge is seeking a committed and talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, appealing, and functional user experiences that align with the mission and goals of our products. 

Your Challenge 
You will design interfaces tailored to users' needs, ensuring consistency and quality in every detail. You will transform ideas and requirements into effective, visually impactful designs, working closely with the development, product, and Customer Success teams. You will join a multidisciplinary team where collaboration and idea exchange are key to validating designs, unifying criteria, and ensuring the success of solutions. 

Additionally, you will lead prototype creation, conduct usability testing, and make decisions supported by data and best practices in user-centered design. This role requires a native-level Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency, as you will work in a global and multicultural environment.

Position: UX/UI Designer Senior (Full-time) 
Location: Remote 
Reports to: Project Manager + UX & Design Team Lead 
Start Date: ASAP 
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours / week

Key Responsibilities 

User Experience (UX) Design 

  • Support user research to understand needs, behaviors, and motivations. 
  • Create experience maps, user flows, and wireframes as a foundation for development. 
  • Propose innovative solutions based on data and current UX trends. 

User Interface (UI) Design 

  • Design consistent and visually appealing interfaces that reinforce brand identity. 
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure coherence across digital products. 
  • Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes for user testing and validation. 

Interdisciplinary Collaboration 

  • Work closely with developers to ensure faithful implementation of designs. 
  • Actively participate in planning and review meetings with product and development teams. 
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align stakeholders on the product vision. 
  • Promote the use of updated design tools and methodologies within the team. 

Documentation 

  • Document design decisions and workflows for reference by technical and product teams. 

 

Required Skills 

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience, or related field. 

Experience: 

  • Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI design roles. 
  • Demonstrable experience creating design systems and high-fidelity prototypes. 
  • Active involvement in user research and usability testing. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. 
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design. 
  • Familiarity with basic frontend languages like HTML, CSS, and design frameworks. 

Soft Skills: 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple design projects in an agile environment. 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving orientation. 
  • This role requires a native-level Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency
