It's your chance to explore the Bridge work environment, ask questions, and get a genuine feel for what it's like to be part of our team.Make an ImpactThe Opportunity Zone Investments Team Financial Analyst will support our Regional Deal Leads in all aspects of Development Acquisitions and Asset Management through financial modeling and market research.• Lead the initial review of new development opportunities, including reviewing offering materials, conducting research, and running financial models.• Critically evaluate investment opportunities and provide investment recommendations• Assist in the creation and assessment of project budgets and forecasts• Build and maintain detailed analyses related to property valuation and asset performance• Create written investment proposals for presentation to internal leadership• Research loan document covenants pertaining to leasing, future funding, and other covenants as necessary.• Build financial models and perform scenario analysis using Excel and ArgusWhat you should bring• Expert ability to create and run financial models in Excel• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field• 1-3 years of commercial real estate analysis preferred• Proficient with Argus Enterprise• Strong verbal and written communication skillsWhat you can be apart ofThis position sits within our Development and Opportunity Zones vertical.
