You will be responsible for managing the lease renewal process. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our property management operations.• Manage leases that are expiring in the next 90 days.• Create and present renewal proposals, adeptly aligning terms with established guidelines.• Manage resident concerns, escalate to on-site team and Regional Managers when required.• Initiate weekly proactive renewal discussions with expiring lease residents through personalized calls and emails.• Collaborate with revenue management, on-site teams, and Regional Managers for rent negotiations, issues, and satisfaction.What you should bring• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management.• Ability to proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service preferred.What you can be a part ofIf you're looking to join a dynamic and diverse community that values career advancement and flexibility, you've come to the right place.
