Manager - Revenue Management

As a Manager of Revenue Management, you will help lead the revenue management team to develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize rental income and occupancy across our portfolio. Your responsibilities include analyzing market performance, competitor pricing, and customer demand, conducting regular reviews, and providing insights for adjustments. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both operations and investment teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Asset Management and Property Management teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals and strategies. 

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy. 

  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and economic indicators to inform pricing decisions. 

  • Utilize data analytics and revenue management software to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 

  • Lead and mentor revenue management professionals. 

  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or 5+ years of property management experience  

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. 

  • Thorough understanding of property management operations.  

  • Managerial experience  

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Experience with revenue management software and tools. 

  • Proficiency with Excel, Power Point and Word required.

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
