As a Manager of Revenue Management, you will help lead the revenue management team to develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize rental income and occupancy across our portfolio. Your responsibilities include analyzing market performance, competitor pricing, and customer demand, conducting regular reviews, and providing insights for adjustments. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both operations and investment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Asset Management and Property Management teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals and strategies.
Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and economic indicators to inform pricing decisions.
Utilize data analytics and revenue management software to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead and mentor revenue management professionals.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or 5+ years of property management experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Thorough understanding of property management operations.
Managerial experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with revenue management software and tools.
Proficiency with Excel, Power Point and Word required.
