About the role
As a digital marketing specialist, you'll leverage your skills to craft and execute strategies that elevate our and our clients' online presence, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement with the target audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our journey to success while championing our core values every step of the way.
Some of what you will do:
* Collaborate with senior team members to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience insights.
* Assist in the creation of long-term and short-term digital marketing plans, encompassing various channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
* Implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including content creation, ad copywriting, and campaign setup and optimization.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize tactics and achieve KPIs, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer behavior patterns, and emerging opportunities.
* Utilize market insights to inform digital marketing strategies and messaging, ensuring relevance and resonance with the target audience.
* Assist in the development and management of digital marketing budgets, including allocation of funds across different channels and campaigns.
* Track expenses and analyze budget utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
* Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards detailing key digital marketing metrics and insights.
* Analyze data trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
