Senior UX/UI Designer (Maternity Cover)

Location: Our Tech &amp; Product team are predominantly based in Edinburgh, so we’re prioritising candidates able to partly work from our Edinburgh office. We’re also open to London and/or remote candidates if the fit is right for both parties
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum
Start Date: January 2025

Bright Network is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for a 10-month maternity cover role, focusing on creating exceptional experiences for their members and clients. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple projects.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of UX design techniques
Experience with high-fidelity design processes
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Take charge of wireframes and prototypes through to high-fidelity designs for all B2B and B2C products
Partner with the Lead Product Manager to conduct user research
Translate user behaviour into compelling product designs
Collaborate to define the strategic design roadmap and long-term vision
Review front-end implementation with the development team
Improve the design system and component library in Figma
