Responsible for technical vision and roadmap for Salesforce.com ecosystems.
Build the digital automation roadmap to impact strategic business goals.
Develop project budgets and timelines using project management experience.
Design and manage business processes and integration of SFDC with other applications.
Create best practices and governance measures on Salesforce platform.
Track and report on project value drivers and financial impact.
Evaluate new SFDC technologies for implementation.
Mentor and lead the business systems team.
