Job Description

As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will support Brightspeed’s mission of empowering its employees by designing and delivering training programs that promote professional and leadership growth. Your role will focus on implementing learning strategies, designing, leading and coordinating training sessions, and supporting leadership and professional development initiatives. By aligning L&D programs with business objectives, you will contribute to the success of our employees and the overall organization.

As a Learning Experience Specialist, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business and team needs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational learning needs to inform the development of tailored learning programs
  • Collaborate with managers to support their teams' professional and leadership development through a variety of learning methods (e.g., eLearning, workshops, mentorships, job-shadowing, coaching)
  • Design, organize and facilitate training sessions, including onboarding, professional and leadership development, and other companywide learning initiatives
  • Administer, track, evaluate, and enhance all training programs through the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and through other learning methods.
  • Support to manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for training delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
  • Monitor and report on training participation, progress, and outcomes to ensure continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating these insights into the organization's programs

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, education, business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development or a related HR role, with a proven track record in designing and delivering training programs
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and e-learning platforms
  • Ability to design and produce training materials that address specific learning needs
  • Proficiency using Articulate 360 to create eLearning modules and microlearning courses.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with employees and managers across the organization
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
