Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for a driven, creative, and energetic Sales Operations Analyst to join our Community Transformations team! As the Sales Operations Analyst you will report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager or the Director of Sales Operations.  

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing sales processes and systems, maintaining CRM data integrity, and providing actionable insights through sales analytics to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. 

As a Sales Operations Analyst, Your Responsibilities Will Include: 

  • Data Management: Maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 
  • Sales Analytics: Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales and operational efficiency. 
  • Support: Assist sales teams with planning, forecasting, and operational tasks. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to support strategic planning and goal setting. 
  • Technology Utilization: Implement and manage tools and technologies that support the sales process. 

 

Qualifications

What It Takes To Catch Our Eye: 

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 7+ year previous experience in sales operations, sales analysis, real estate or a related role is preferred. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools, Microsoft Power Point and Excel. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to the sales team and other stakeholders. 
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects and coordinating with multiple teams. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
