Brightwheel is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Growth/Activation team to lead a remote team of engineers focusing on rapid project delivery and high-quality outcomes in early education technology.
Responsibilities: You will lead full-stack teams, partner with stakeholders, manage project timelines, mentor engineers, and drive process improvements for quality and operational excellence.
Skills: Candidates should have experience managing full-stack teams, delivering customer-facing features, project management, A/B testing, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within engineering, experience hiring engineers, and a proven track record with multiple high-priority projects are preferred.
Location: This is a fully remote position available to candidates in the US only.
Compensation: $142500 - $237000 / Annually
