Location: This is a hybrid position, open to candidates within reasonable commutable distance to our regional corporate offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco.

Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to California’s most vulnerable individuals, with an emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes. We implement a broad array of scattered-site, one-on-one supportive housing, and clinical case management programs through partnerships with developmental services, homeless services, veterans’ services, and health care sectors.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible, and experienced Technology Training Specialist to join our organization. The Technology Training Specialist will develop, implement and oversee the Data and Technology Department’s training program for Brilliant Corners technology platforms. They will develop an internal training program and deploy web-based and in-person trainings across the organization and to external partners in coordination with the Data and Technology Department and program staff. This role requires a skilled trainer who can quickly grasp complex content, produce high-quality training materials, and effectively engage diverse audiences. It is ideal for someone who is comfortable presenting in front of groups and thrives in a rapidly changing environment where all ideas are respected and encouraged.

Physical Requirements
Candidates should have physical mobility for tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, twisting, and walking on uneven surfaces. They should be capable of performing stationary tasks like sitting for up to 6 to 8 hours a day. Additionally, candidates should be able to lift, carry, push, pull light to moderate weights up to 15 pounds safely. Requires mental acuity for analytical reasoning and document interpretation.
