As a consultant within the LTR team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Design and configure Health Cloud applications, including patient management, care coordination, and healthcare workflows.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Health Cloud implementations, including data migration, integration, and customization.
- Conduct workshops with product owners, end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements towards Health Cloud solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet high standards of functionality and performance.
- Stay updated on the latest Health Cloud features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementations, with at least 2 years focused on Health Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Proven experience in leading functional aspects of Health Cloud projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Salesforce Health Cloud certification is highly preferred.
