Product Managers works with clients and, internal solution teams and technical consultants to understand their client's unique business requirements, guide technical consultants and help clients achieving their strategic goals (primarily related to their digital strategy)
Responsibilities:
- Act as ‘the’ business owner and key strategic consultant for the clients. Identify key business impacting use cases, prioritize them and build a roadmap of the use cases which can be implemented to build solutions solving customer problems.
- Gather and groom functional and non-functional requirements which can be fed to design and engineering teams.
- Own and run agile ceremonies such as Backlog grooming, Sprint planning Collaborate with UI/UX team to build detailed wireframes and designs.
- Work closely with the technical consultants to ensure implementation best practices are followed and optimize the implementation, if needed Gather, document, and help form/guide KPIs and how to measure them Support internal technical consultants, client's developers and third parties throughout the implementation process from a business perspective
Required Skills & Must haves
- 10-12 years of relevant experience working as a product owner/product manager/business analyst
- 3-4 years of must have experience in media industry preferably music industry.
- Experienced in coaching and building Agile teams. Good to have Agile certifications.
- Industry certifications related to Product Management- CSPO/Safe POPM etc.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills- both verbal and written Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
