Role and Opportunity
- The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team defines and builds features that optimize the way search engines crawl, index, and rank client pages.
- We help our customers easily find and reach relevant client pages when searching on search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. With literally hundreds of millions of products listed on client globally at any time, the scale at which client has to consider search engine optimization puts our team in a unique position to innovate and provide immediate value to the business.
- The SEO Product team works closely with Product Development, Data Science, Quality Engineering, Design, and other cross-domain organizations to build scalable and highly available business solutions that are used by millions of client users across the globe every day. We are responsible for driving organic traffic that represents billions of dollars’ worth of goods and services bought on client.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to optimize our landing pages to increase SEO traffic at client.
- The successful candidate will have had experience doing similar work in SEO, Paid Search or Performance Marketing.
- The role requires someone who is data driven and results oriented, coming up with hypotheses for driving traffic and testing ways to deliver measurable outcomes.
- The ability to collaborate and think outside of the box is desired.
- This role will work directly with many partners both within and outside of the SEO team, so the ability to drive consensus and problem solve is crucial.
Requirements Qualification: -
- BA or BS required, MBA or Masters preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management
- Track record of execution and delivery
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Data driven and result oriented.
- Experience with A/B testing and analysis required.
- Familiarity with SEO, Paid Search or Performance Marketing desired
