  • Verify conflicts of interest for employees by annually reviewing conflict of interest forms for completeness and accuracy, reporting any conflicts to upper management.

  • Prepare the drawdown document and supporting documentation.

  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors and public agencies to enable successful project execution.

  • Organize and compile project updates, financial reports, and schedules for internal and external review.

  • Ensure vendor invoicing standards are met, implementing process controls and training stakeholders as necessary.

  • Work with our Community Benefits manager to ensure compliance with grant requirements.

For this role, we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in federal grant management, finance, and/or auditing

  • Federal grant management is a must, with DOE and/or DOE experience being a plus

  • Skilled in financial analysis, auditing, or ensuring compliance

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with construction is an advantage
