About the Role:
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the operations for one of Brinc’s web3 programs, which identifies and invests in the most promising blockchain and DeFi startups shaping the future of Web3.The Program Manager is a core role in the Brinc business and is responsible for ensuring the operational success of Brinc accelerators from startup sourcing through Demo Day. This includes event management, organising and maintaining program data, building and scheduling the accelerator calendar, execution of Demo Day, as well as recruiting, hiring and training an Associate team.
Program Managers work closely with and report to the Managing Director/Program Director, who is responsible for non-operational work, such as accelerator strategy, building and managing relationships with relevant corporate partners and mentors, startup sourcing, and investing in game-changing companies.
All Program Managers will have deep interactions with Brinc founders, portfolio companies, leading industry partners, top-tier venture capitalists and advisors, providing an opportunity to vastly expand networks and work with thought leaders from around the world.
