Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.Associate Director – Immunology Sales Operations, DermatologyDescriptionReporting into the Director, Sales Strategy and Operations Dermatology-Rheumatology, we are seeking a strong leader to support the Dermatology Sales Operations team. This person will be responsible for all strategic and tactical day-to-day operations for the Dermatology sales team. In addition, this individual will support the Dermatology APP Liaison team operational needs. The successful candidate will have a high level of exposure to senior sales and marketing leadership across our business unit and company.Even more specifically, the successful candidate will excel at:• Partnering with Director to develop, plan, and execute national strategy inclusive of current/future operational planning for Dermatology business needs.• Lead for senior management presentations and strategic internal communications (e.g. QBR slides, field force initiatives etc.) as they pertain to Dermatology• POA core team co-lead in alignment with brand strategy for Dermatology.• Ownership of field force communications across all channels and forums.• Identifies trends, opportunities and potential business issues, and develops recommendations through support of team and leveraging relevant resources• Investigates and solves escalated gaps within operational support and collaborates with matrix team while support MRO escalations/CLARITY.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, field leadership, marketing, market access, and/or sales operations is desired.• Experience with Immunology-Dermatology customer base and market industry knowledge preferred (but not necessary).• A proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization and a strong ability to build alignment and work collaboratively with others.• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with proven project management experience.• Successful experience working with matrix team to accomplish business objectives.• Experience in utilizing online systems including sales force applications, performance data e.g. OneLook, InterAct and Veeva.• Clear understanding and adherence to BMS compliance and integrity policies.• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.The starting compensation for this job is a range from $175,000 to $230,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
