The Technology Rotational Development Program's (IT RDP) mission is to identify and cultivate future leaders that accelerate BMS' digitization with technology and innovation.We are looking for experienced MBA/Masters graduates for our June 2025 cohort, who have a passion for driving digital strategy and technology management to accelerate our mission of helping patients prevail over serious diseases. The program offers you the flexibility to create your own path through rotational projects aligned with your interests and the company's most critical need, allowing for a completely customized developmental experience.
