Management of local endpoints in Entra, MDM and EDR solutions.
Follow up on outstanding IT related requests.
Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
Onboarding and Offboarding procedures.
Support to several remote access platforms.
Support for Windows and MacOS Operative Systems.
Education
Bachelor's in information systems, computer science, or similar
