Broker Client Director/Assistant Director – Sales Representative

Position Summary

Our high performing and fast growing team is looking for a Broker Client Director to drive new and existing client relationships. Focusing on retail, wholesale and reinsurance broking clients, the team consults at C-Level to solution sell complex packages which bring business critical value to our clients. New models and the recent release of the Risk Intelligence platform will drive significant upside for the Client Director. Additionally, with the move of Risk Intelligence to the cloud, sales growth will increasingly come from encouraging clients to expand the use of Moody’s solutions in breadth and depth across their organization.

As a Moody’s RMS Client Director, you will have the opportunity to be entrepreneurial and map market drivers to customer needs to create a compelling buying vision. With this strategic consultative role, you will work closely with your manager to engage at the C-level to develop long-term and trusted relationships.


Essential Job Functions

  • Partnering with broker prospects and existing clients to drive revenue growth and value
  • Understanding of Moody’s RMS data, modelling, software, and service solutions to drive holistic client engagement and value
  • Owning the internal reporting for assigned clients, including maintaining an accurate account of opportunities in Salesforce
  • Together with the broader Moody’s Analytics team introduce Moody’s solutions
  • Developing detailed client-centric plans to help clients achieve their strategic imperatives
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with client decision makers and key influencers
  • Working closely with client success managers to provide customer service and meet on-going client needs
  • Engaging internal stakeholders such as management, product & technical experts to support clients in achieving their strategic imperatives
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and deliver broker co-marketing, sales, and enablement programs

Requirements

  • 5-10 Years of enterprise sales experience – ability to navigate a complex organization and build senior relationships
  • Insurance or Financial Services domain experience
  • Proven ability to drive year over year revenue increases selling high value complex software, SaaS, analytics or related technology or services
  • Experience of communicating with gravitas at C-Level and articulating value propositions
  • Customer relationship management and leadership, ability to develop relationship with senior influencers
  • Good understanding of (re)insurer usage of RMS or Moody’s offering is a plus

Education Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $195,000.00 to $227,500.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
