Job Overview
TD Cowen is seeking a Broker-Dealer Accountant to join its Finance-Broker Dealer Regulatory Reporting control division in New York City and will be hybrid based.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the team's effort in accurate and timely reporting of its SEC 15c3-1 (Net Capital) and 15c3-3 (Customer Protection) and regulatory deliverables for a U.S. broker-dealers.
This role will support the reporting responsibilities for the different US regulated entities as well as providing key metrics internally for management of business , risk and control purposes. This role will be responsible for the regulatory policy development and the related reporting production risk controls/processes as it relates to overall FOCUS reporting, net capital and customer protection as well as maintaining key relationships with both internal and regulatory stakeholders (SEC/FINRA/NFA/External Audit).

The expected base salary ranges from $110,000-$150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
