OverviewBrooks Brothers is seeking a Site Merchandising Manager to help transform the Ecommerce channel for Women’s. We're looking for a business leader with a keen eye for fashion trends and an entrepreneurial spirit to elevate our online presence across the competitive landscape. In this role you will be an advocate for the Women’s category elevating its positioning and optimizing performance for conversion and profitability. The ideal candidate is a data driven creative thinker with 3-5 years of e-commerce experience who can leverage KPIs to drive innovation and bring a fresh perspective to our iconic brand.ResponsibilitiesLead the Women’s online full funnel optimization strategy & execution.Implement a seasonal content planning strategy in partnership with the Men’s Site Merchandising Manager counterpart to present compelling and modern brand messages that are results driven.Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Site Operations, Copy, and Creative Services to achieve a timely product activation schedule while tracking and reporting out on status.Execute best in class cross-sells and personalization by partnering with Product & Optimization and external vendors, ensuring quality and coverage across category.Refine sort order and filters on category pages to optimize for conversion.Partner with the Women’s Merchandise team to identify opportunities that increase engagement, sales & conversion.Coordinate with Brand Marketing, CRM, and Media partners to sync up on merchandising strategies, and brand initiatives.Support Site Operations and Pricing with execution of promotion messaging on site.Conduct weekly, monthly & seasonal category performance hindsight for the Women’s.Manage compilation of total Ecommerce merchandise reporting with dashboard roll-ups covering demand, stock to sales (Web & Omnichannel), returns, and margin.Assist customer service teams with product inquiry and issue resolution.Monitor product engagement, customer ratings & reviews, and returns for behavioral insights to propose actions and improvements.Analyze Women’s market trends and the competitive landscape to identify and share out opportunities for assortment expansion and storytelling.QualificationsMinimum of 3+ years of experience in site merchandising or Ecommerce buying in Women’s Apparel and Accessory categories. Merchandising, buying, and planning experience is a plus.Expertise in web analytic tools: Google Analytics. Experience with Edited, Quantum Metrics (heatmapping) and SFCC reporting are a plus.Tech fluidity: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or similar CMS), PIM management, B2B software adoption.Advanced Intermediate+ Excel skills are mandatory: Lookups, Pivots, Index Match, etc. Functional in other Microsoft applications (Power BI, Power Point, Word, SharePoint) and PM software (Asana, Confluence, Jira, Monday, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task and shift priorities while independently managing timelines.Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year college or university.Minimum of 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.Requirements & EEO StatementThe salary range for this position is $90,000-$95,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
