Web DeveloperAtlanta, GA3-6 Month ContractOur Digital Media client is looking for a Web Developer to contribute their expertise to a high-performing development team that will be focused on delivering innovative digital media products and experiences. In this Agile team you will work on platforms that deliver content to millions of consumers and also work alongside key business stakeholders to deliver solutions iteratively and incrementally. You will be a key player in building consumer and content products & components aligned to deliver quality content experiences.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, test, and maintain Python code to support project objectives.• Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications.• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.• Work closely with the project team to understand and implement business requirements.• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.• Flexibility in tackling both back-end and front-end tasks as needed.Required Skills:• Proficiency in Python programming.• Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask questions and seek clarity when needed.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.Preferred Qualifications:• Previous experience working in an Agile environment.• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).Why Join Us:• Opportunity to work on critical year-end projects.• Collaborative and flexible work environment.• Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.
