Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders and employees at all levels
• Manage the employee life cycle including onboarding, performance management, and talent development
• Lead talent initiatives and programs such as reporting and analytics, DEI, and mentor assignments
• Provide expert guidance on HR issues to leadership and collaborate with HR & Americas leadership for people development needs
• Continuously iterate on processes and programs to enhance employee experience
• Ensure HR compliance and act as a coach and mentor to HR team members

Education

• Minimum 8+ years of administrative experience in HR
• Professional services experience is a plus
