Position Overview
Conducts individual and group training courses and activities. Is involved in designing new training offers.
Conducts individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers.
Identifies customers needs.
Evaluates and obtains training programs and materials from external vendors.
Completes development of new course materials.
Prepares cost calculation of trainings.
Performs trainings or organizes and supervises trainings services for clients.
Reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed.
May provide technical support in case of complaints.
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have flexibility to work across departments and shifts as needed
Ability to read, write and understand metric measuring system.
Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis
Sit, stand, bend & kneel for 8 or more hours/day
Available for overtime for up to 12 -hour days and on off days
