Legal, Fixed Income Legal Analyst

BTIG is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join the firm’s in-house Legal Department as an analyst, focusing on BTIG’s Fixed Income Group.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all aspects of BTIG’s trading in bank debt, equity, trade claims, and other brokered transactions
Draft, review, revise and proofread transaction documentation
Track and participate in the lifecycle of transaction documentation
Coordinate transaction settlements with legal, operations, clients, and service providers
Perform post-closing document organization and filing
Monitor and update internal files with the status of transactions

Education

Bachelor's degree
