Why this Role is Important:
We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Specialist. In this position, the successful candidate will be the liaison to our Field Sales Account Executives to build sales prospecting and lead generation strategy and support field efforts administratively with follow-ups, route mapping, lead generation, targeting strategy, and pipeline management. This role will directly support the Sales Organization, and Account Executives, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Operations.
Responsibilities will include the following: lead management, targeting new business opportunities, nurturing contacts from leads to qualified opportunities, preparation of sales proposals, inside liaison between field sales teams (Account Executives) and other departments, updating activity in the CRM platform ensuring forecast accuracy, preparation and maintenance of customer needs, focus on growing prospects/referrals, and campaign initial outreach.

Competitive Base Salary plus Quarterly Commission earnings based on achievement of Sales Targets within assigned region/brand assignments.
