Why this Role is Important:

We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Specialist.  In this position, the successful candidate will be the liaison to our Field Sales Account Executives to build sales prospecting and lead generation strategy and support field efforts administratively with follow-ups, route mapping, lead generation, targeting strategy, and pipeline management.  This role will directly support the Sales Organization, and Account Executives, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Operations. 

Responsibilities will include the following: lead management, targeting new business opportunities, nurturing contacts from leads to qualified opportunities, preparation of sales proposals, inside liaison between field sales teams (Account Executives) and other departments, updating activity in the CRM platform ensuring forecast accuracy, preparation and maintenance of customer needs, focus on growing prospects/referrals, and campaign initial outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Map routes using software tools provided for up to 4 Field Sales territories daily
  • Identify and assign prospects respectively
  • Target new business opportunities identified
  • Handle incoming requests from both AEs and prospects
  • Set appointments and follow up meetings with respective prospects
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information to record in sales CRM platform
  • Provide ongoing support of opportunities throughout the sales process
  • Provide sales support for field sales AE’s focused on new business opportunities
  • Work closely with Account Executive to Identify prospects and initiate outreach with timely follow up of phone calling and/or e-mail campaigns to potential clients.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales Teams to generate new leads and appointments through social, email and direct call campaigns
  • Manage incoming leads & requests and directly qualify needs
  • Document all calls/emails/follow up/communication with clients in CRM
  • Digital lead support of outbound/inbound messaging (determine next steps priority & relevance)
  • Respond to website inquiries in timely manner (priority & relevance)
  • Learn and continuously educate yourself on solution/offering and professionally speak to overcome sales objections / talk tracks / GFA's / competitive advantages
  • Meet daily outreach requirements & related KPI metrics as identified
  • Communicate with executive level contacts at our largest customers to ensure that their needs are understood and addressed

 Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have 1-3 years of Business Development, Inside Sales / Sales experience, including cold calling, lead generation and objection handling
  • Strong communication skills via phone & email with ability to present Budderfly pitch to set up new accounts
  • Detail oriented, organized, thorough, and productive use of tech tools provided
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills to process inbound requests
  • Strong prior experience required in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and more)
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and support multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently. Team Oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, oral, written communication, and presentation skills

Compensation:

Competitive Base Salary plus Quarterly Commission earnings based on achievement of Sales Targets within assigned region/brand assignments. 

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skill set & qualifications.
