Building Attendant - Clinic (1199 CPH)

Maintain sanitary and attractive surroundings, provide excellent customer service, and comply with safety/regulatory guidelines. Comply with OSHA and MSDS practices.

LOCATION: Canton-Potsdam Hospital

DEPARTMENT: Environmental Services

SCHEDULE: 7.5 Hour, Variable

ATTRIBUTES

• Preferred: custodial experience

• Preferred: high school education or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Removal and disposal of trash and waste product.

• Clean exam rooms, restrooms, offices and clinic common areas within established

• departmental standards.

• Maintain floors, strip and wax floors; shampoo carpets according to scheduled maintenance

• standards.

• Maintain walkways to ensure safe access.

• Respond to visitor, patient and staff requests for assistance.

• Maintain knowledge of OSHA and MSDS practices.

• High focus on customer and patient satisfaction.

• Working as a team towards accomplishing departmental goals.
