About the Role
This is a sales role where the Building Consultant will

• Engage in training and business development programs to build transferrable sales skills
• Work with industry leading and proprietary software technologies
• Learn the green building industry and its exciting growth and sustainability which can be used in LEED certifications
• Connect and network with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers working on exciting commercial and residential projects, many of which are unique and progressive in nature
• Obtain and use sales presentation skills
• Engage in business development opportunities
• Manage and maintain building sales in a fast-paced environment

About You

• Motivated entry level individuals and experienced sales individuals are encouraged to apply
• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization and with customers
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Collaborative and coachable

Compensation

• Total Compensation Range $80,000 to $300,000
• Base Salary plus quarterly sales bonus structure
• Referral bonuses for staff positions
