Director of Sales - North America

Buildkite is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of North America sales to join their rapidly growing team. The role involves devising strategies for revenue growth and managing sales teams.

Skills

Experience leading high-performing sales teams
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Previous experience in managing sales pipelines
Understanding of technical products and conveying their value to customers

Responsibilities

Develop and execute revenue operations strategy in alignment with company goals
Manage two teams of Account Executives for customer acquisition and expansion
Devise strategies for selling multiple products to customers
Monitor team's performance and provide regular updates on sales metrics
Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team

Education

Degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field (advanced degrees are welcome)
