Oversee and coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to Investor Reporting.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field coupled with 3+ years of experience in fund accounting or a related financial reporting role, preferably within the private equity or venture capital sectors or at a reputable consultancy firm.
Proven accounting experience, ideally with some consulting or tax expertise.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to handle complex datasets and reporting requirements.
Excellent communication skills, capable of managing relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
Know-how in working with legal documents, such as Partnership Agreements, as well as accounting data.
Proficiency in using financial software and tools, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve financial processes.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent in English (C1) is a must and proficiency in German (B2) is a plus.
