Bungie is looking for a skilled and dedicated Character Art Outsource Specialist who will work closely with the Art Outsource Lead, Art Director, and various other disciplines who are part of the ExDev team to create breathtaking and compelling content for the game. As a Character Art Outsource Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the outsourcing process of character art assets, like armor and accessories, by supporting and advocating the game’s art direction and goals to external studios. In other words, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality art from external vendors which conforms to our artistic vision and technical requirements.
Additionally, you will help oversee the integration process of the character models into the game engine, to add things like shader materials and glows, which all combine to create the final look of the character art. Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:
- 20 days of accrued time-off in the form of PTO and sabbatical days, depending on the level of the position
