ABOUT THE POSITION


Junior Influencer Marketing Manager at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


- Be in charge of Influencer Marketing & follow the steps to increase the performance & brand awareness of BURGA

- Develop, execute, and report influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

- Work on high-scale gifting campaigns

- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders

- Brainstorm creative ideas & concepts that we can test out with creators all over the world

- Analyze the results of launched content (CPM, ROI, CPA, etc)

- Keep lead in emerging trends, technologies, and influencers

- Be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity in the dedicated market

- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


- Fluency in English

- Fluency in additional languages will be considered an advantage

- Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram & YouTube is a huge advantage

- Paid social knowledge is beneficial, but not essential

- The ability to prioritize

- Multitasking and analytical skills

- Be into fashion trends

- Excellent communication skills

- Have no fear of failing


SALARY: 1400-1570 EUR/Month GROSS
